This is an introduction to dance leadership covering the core competencies required to work within dance
modules include:
- dance leadership and contexts where dance can be found
- basic tools for choreographing dance
- core dance skills in a variety of styles and genres
- exploration of Key Stage dance themes and curriculum links
- working inclusively
- planning and delivering effective dance lessons

the course is open to anyone over 16 with an interest in delivering dance sessions

saturday 9 february 9.45am - 5.00pm &
sunday 10 february 10.00am - 5.00pm

participants must attend all modules
a certificate of completion will be issued
